Executive and team training
Hone skills.
Build confidence.
Be heard.
This isn’t your old-school media training.
And we’d argue it’s better.
We design custom training programs that help people speak clearly, confidently and like themselves — whether they’re facing media, stakeholders or a room full of employees.
Yes, we still do media training. In fact, it’s one of our specialties. We’ve lived in newsrooms, built the relationships and coached people through the toughest interviews of their careers.
Our approach is about building confidence, not scaring people into silence. We don’t do “gotcha” drills or preach outdated rules. We help you understand the landscape, learn how to adapt and feel ready for whatever comes.
Because being a good communicator isn’t about sounding like a polished robot. It’s about being real, connecting with your audience and knowing how to land your message under pressure.

FAQ
What’s different about your media training?
We focus on collaboration, not confrontation. We’ve done the old-school “gotcha” drills – and we’ve seen how they can make people defensive, uncomfortable and less likely to step up. That’s not our style. Our approach builds real confidence by helping people understand how media works today — and how to show up prepared, not defensive.
(That said, we can also bring the heat for seasoned spokespeople who need a challenge.)
Do you do individual coaching?
Yes. Many of our clients are executives who need a quick, targeted refresh before a big moment — like a media interview, panel event or keynote. We’re known for breaking through with reluctant trainees and making it painless.
What’s the difference between media training and your other training services?
Effective communication to any audience requires a core set of consistent skills, including planning your story and key messages, and handling difficult questions. These skills are valuable in a wide range of organizational contexts. For a trainee who may be asked to do a media interview, we add concepts and techniques that are specific to that rather transactional form of communication.
Can you train teams who aren’t in comms roles?
Absolutely. We regularly work with operational leaders, frontline supervisors, HR teams and more, giving them the communication tools they need to represent the organization well, even if it’s not “in their job description.”
Do you offer crisis communication training?
We do. We help leaders and teams prepare for high-pressure moments with scenario-based coaching, real-time drills and lessons learned from actual crisis events.
Can we combine training sessions with other services?
Yes — we often build training into broader engagements like comms strategy, stakeholder engagement or issues management. It’s an easy add-on when we’re already inside your world.
